A short note of appreciation and congratulations in delivering and installing over 3,000 workstations, storage and seating at Towers West to quality, time and cost.
As you are painfully aware this project was challenging in terms of cost and with extremely tight deadlines, so a real testament to All Office and Herman Miller in being extremely proactive in every aspect. A true demonstration of Manufacturer and installer working in collaboration.
The users are extremely complimentary with the quality of the furniture and we have received nothing but positive feedback. It has also been great to hear Herman Miller have taken a further proactive commitment to explore additional local manufactured components in South Africa, adding to the worktops and power outlets currently manufactured here.
Following our lessons learnt workshop on Towers West, I think we have continued to make real progress on value engineering the furniture. The Podium building with its reduced specification, seems to be working well.
