It started with the switchboard person and then proceeded with the downstairs parking security gent, the lady managing the second-hand furniture section, the handyman and then finally, the two new sales consultants. Compliments to them all: they were friendly, helpful and professional, and everyone contributed to an overall, very pleasant experience. Thursday last I had ALL OFFICE FURNITURE visit my home to refurbish a chair. From the “get-go”, with the chaps manning the parking arrangements, Darren Govender in the office to the two fellows that visited the house, it was such a pleasant experience I thought I should write.

We would like to thank All Office for the fantastic service that you offer. I spoke to Darren about our very old All Office chair that needed a new castor. He immediately dispatched a gentleman who was out on the road to assess the problem.
Unfortunately we did not ask the gentleman for his name but he was extremely helpful (it being a chair not really available any more) and he replaced the castor for us. After speaking to Darren it was either Alfred or Ashraaf (Repair note 42509 refers).
Every day as I use my chair I am reminded of his pleasant and helpful way and I would like to THANK YOU for going the extra mile for us. Please pass this on to whoever needs to know. I think I will be keeping this particular All Office for life!
