A short note of appreciation and congratulations in delivering and installing over 3,000 workstations, storage and seating at Towers West to quality, time and cost.

As you are painfully aware this project was challenging in terms of cost and with extremely tight deadlines, so a real testament to All Office and Herman Miller in being extremely proactive in every aspect. A true demonstration of Manufacturer and installer working in collaboration.

The users are extremely complimentary with the quality of the furniture and we have received nothing but positive feedback. It has also been great to hear Herman Miller have taken a further proactive commitment to explore additional local manufactured components in South Africa, adding to the worktops and power outlets currently manufactured here.

Following our lessons learnt workshop on Towers West, I think we have continued to make real progress on value engineering the furniture. The Podium building with its reduced specification, seems to be working well.

I would like to take a second to thank you for the amazing service we have always received from both your sales and operational staff.

We have purchased the majority of our office chairs from All Office and Maryanne has always been absolutely fantastic in assisting with my queries and issues. We have not often had problems with the chairs that we have, but when we have had the odd broken wheel or something we have never had an issue getting them repaired by your guys.

This morning was no different. My Directors chair had a broken wheel and Maryanne promptly assisted in getting someone out here as soon as possible. Two lovely gentlemen (I think they were Jack and Chad) arrived here so quickly and upon finding out that those wheels had been discontinued they quickly replaced all the wheels for us.

There are not very many companies around anymore that take pride in their work or customer satisfaction so I just want to say THANK YOU to your teams and I truly appreciate all your assistance, quick responses and professional service.

Thursday  last I had ALL OFFICE FURNITURE visit my home to refurbish a chair. From the “get-go”, with the chaps manning the parking arrangements, Darren Govender in the office to the two fellows that visited the house, it was such a pleasant experience I thought I should write.

We would like to thank All Office for the fantastic service that you offer. I spoke to Darren about our very old All Office chair that needed a new castor. He immediately dispatched a gentleman who was out on the road to assess the problem.

Unfortunately we did not ask the gentleman for his name but he was extremely helpful (it being a chair not really available any more) and he replaced the castor for us. After speaking to Darren it was either Alfred or Ashraaf (Repair note 42509 refers).
