The Minister of Employment and Labour has, under section 43 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), signed the Ergonomic Regulation 2019, into law. This comprehensive Regulation is probably one of the better regulations pertaining to Ergonomics in the world (in my opinion).
